Our Technical Research and Development Laboratory is equipped with:

• Colour-metering systems
• Cycle simulation booths
• Applied testing booths
• Spectrophotometer
• Colour-meters for dye formulas
• Colour vision booth

Our Quality Laboratory is equipped to do the following tests, controls, and final inspections:

• Adhesion (each production plant is furnished with the appropriate testing equipment)
• Aging/Blistering (testing consists in immersion cycles in demineralized,temperature-controlled water)
• Colour testing (using a colour-meter)
• Surface hardness (using hardness pencils)
• Gloss (using gloss-meter equipment)
• Thickness (using PIG equipment and digital thickness tester metallic/non-metallic)
• QUV-Test
• Humidity and salt spray testing
• Freezer and oven for thermal shock testing

We also make use of qualified outside laboratories for other types of tests, according client specifications, to verify product conformity according to particular needs and requests.
